(1921) - Restoration Movement

In the spring of 1921, Dr. Ashley S. Johnson, President of Johnson University in Kimberlin Heights, Tennessee secured the services of Evangelist, C. L. Organ and his team from Des Moines, Iowa for the purpose of starting new independent "Restoration Movement" congregations in east Tennessee.

(1921) - 7 Week Revival

The revival was held on the court house lawn for 7 weeks with a total charter members reaching 104 people

(1921 to 1925) - One Room Frame House

A one room frame house was completed and used for 5 years.

(1926) - Current Church Built

In 1926 our current church building was built.

(2026) - Church Celebrates 105 Years

Our church is 105 years old and the current building is 100 years old.

God's Faithfulness Through the Years

Thanks to several ministers and many faithful church members who have served faithfully over many years to continue our vision and mission of lifting up the name of Jesus, reaching the lost and nurturing the saved.
